The Pulse Ox sensor on vívosmart 4 estimates your body’s blood oxygen saturation level. Your Pulse Ox measurements are dependent upon a number of factors, including your overall health and fitness. Checking your Pulse Ox can help gauge how your body is absorbing oxygen. Turn on the feature to gauge your SpO2 overnight, or use it to take a spot measurement anytime to learn more about your body.

Advanced Sleep Monitoring

Sleep is important to your overall health, well-being and physical performance. To give you an idea of how you’re sleeping, vívosmart 4 tracks your light, deep and REM stages of sleep, along with movement throughout the night. For added insight, turn on the Pulse Ox feature to view your blood oxygen levels during your sleep. When you wake up, you can easily review and compare your sleep stats in the GARMIN connect mobile app.

Optimize Your Body’s Energy

Body Battery energy monitoring on vívosmart 4 uses a combination of stress, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep and activity data to gauge your body’s energy reserves at any moment, so you can plan your day to optimize times for activity and rest. A higher number indicates you’re ready to be active, while a lower number suggests you might need to relax and rest a bit before tackling a workout. Body Battery can also help you make sense of patterns throughout your weeks, so you can understand how the past few days have influenced how you’re feeling today.

All-day Stress Tracking

You most likely experience stress at some point in your day, but how much? Your vívosmart 4 lets you know when you are having a calm, balanced or stressful day and everything in between. Tracking your HRV (the time interval between each heartbeat), vívosmart 4 calculates and displays your stress level. There’s also an optional “Relax Reminder” feature that you can turn on in the Garmin Connect app. If your stress level gets elevated during your day, it will provide a vibration alert on your wrist and display a message (“Take a moment to breathe?”) to let you know it’s time to relax. Use the relaxation breathing timer, which walks you through the Fourfold breathing technique, proven to calm your mind and body.

Keep Track of Your Active Life

Your vívosmart 4 greets you each day with a personalized step goal. Then it tracks and displays your progress. In addition to steps, its activity tracking capabilities include floors climbed, calories burned, intensity minutes and more. You’ll also see a move bar and get vibration alerts to remind you when it’s time to get up and move.

Track Your Workouts

You can use the preloaded activity timers to keep track of your exercise times and more. When using the strength training activity, it will capture your exercises, reps and sets along with your work and rest times so you can leave the notebook at home. And if you forget to start a timer, the Move IQ feature on vívosmart 4 will automatically detect exercises such as walking, swimming, cycling and elliptical training — and it even starts timing select activities. When finished, your activities are pushed to GARMIN connect, our online community, where you can review, edit and share the activities with your connections and friends.

Daily Fitness and Wellness Monitoring

Using the Elevate heart rate data collected from your wrist, vívosmart 4 can — with a VO2 max estimate — give you an idea of your current fitness level. In general, as your aerobic fitness increases, your VO2 max does the same. Based on your VO2 max, vívosmart 4 is also able to estimate your fitness age — a stat that you may be able to decrease over time with hard work and exercise. For added insight, vívosmart 4 will notify you if your heart rate unexpectedly rises above a threshold you’ve set. If you’re inactive for more than 10 minutes and your heart rate stays above your set threshold, you’ll get an alert.

Stay Connected

With a vívosmart 4 tracker on your wrist, you don’t have to choose between staying connected and staying more active. Check the weather, control your music, receive smart notifications, find your phone, even reply with preset text responses (Android only), and access social media notifications on your tracker’s display — all while keeping your smartphone stowed away.

Share and Compete

Keeping an eye on your activities and achievements is easy with vívosmart 4. Your tracker automatically syncs to our Garmin Connect online community, where you can review your progress, join challenges, earn colorful badges and even share via social media. Garmin Connect is free and available on the web or on your smartphone with the Garmin Connect app.

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, quality issues, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be debited to your Card Account.

Please contact our Customer Service in case you wish to cancel the Order. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us) if the order has not been dispatched by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.

• Refunds

We will refund the money in the same mode as the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund in your Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

Typically refunds take 5-7 Business days to get reflected in Bank Account. In some cases, credit card issuing banks may take longer to reflect the credit posted on the card.

• Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees

Any shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) fees charged against the order will not be refunded back.

• Returns Policy

The entire process takes about 5-7 business days. Thank you for co-operation and patience.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery as follows:

1. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
2. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

o   Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

o   In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund the order amount to you.

o   In case your location supports reverse pickup, we shall be arranging a reverse pickup of the products from your location free of cost. You just need to pack the products properly and hand over the packet with our address to the courier person who we will arrange to come to your doorsteps. Please retain the receipt/POD given by courier personal. 

o   Typical time of reverse pickup is 1-5 business days from the date of request, however in certain cases it may be longer. Customer shall get full refund amount entitled as per the policy if the request is raised within stipulated returns allowed time window and need not worry about reverse pickup delays.

o   In case reverse pickup is not possible from your location, we will request you to send the products to us via courier on your own and we will refund the courier amount to the maximum of Rs 120 per kg subject to submission of courier receipt via email. Ensuring that the product reaches un-damaged in our warehouse in this case is customer’s responsibility hence we recommend using only reputed courier services and claim refund from them directly in case the package is lost by them.

o   Refund shall be initiated once the products reaches back to our warehouse and necessary checks are completed to clear the refund process.

o   We strive to have the returns process as quick as possible however customer cannot claim any interest/penalty due to reverse pickup, transit or any other returns processing delays.

o   We hold the right to deduct shipping charges of Rs. 120 per kg for every kg of consignment weight in case customer is found to be returning too many orders to earn cash back discounts/credit card points OR found to be involved in any other fraudulent activity.

o   We hold the right to cancel the order placed by the customer OR refuse the return request in case the customer has returned too many orders.

o   In case of multiple product order returns, the request should be placed together for all the products you want to return.

o   We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy and these accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept COD shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs.99 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns.

NOTE: Products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used cannot be returned.

Mode of Return

To provide highest standards of customer service and enable a completely hassle-free experience, we pick up the returns through courier collection FREE of cost Or the customers can directly send the product back to us through a premium courier partner post our approval and we shall refund you the courier cost subject to maximum of Rs.120 per kg

You may contact our Customer Care within 10 calendar days of having received the product and request a return/exchange, subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions. We will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through courier FREE of cost and shall process the return/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/exchange may not be possible.

At the time of collecting the products, you will be given a courier Airway Bill, which we request you to retain for future reference.
