Delivery and Shipping Policy

We normally dispatch all our orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products pan India using our logistic partners Blue Dart or equivalent depending upon the destination or geographic location of the customer it may take about 1 - 7 working days to deliver the product to the customer.

The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are taken as approximate and cannot be guaranteed as are complete responsibility of shipping agent. Customers placing orders before 3 pm of the day may have billing same day.

Below conditions are applicable:

  • No Free shipping unless otherwise stated during an offering on the website.
  • All orders booked with 100% payment made through online payment gateway.
  • No cash transactions accepted via any third party or at delivery.
  • Shipping as per the product and offers time to time.
  • Delivery Time: As per the delivery partner and geography. Shipments can be tracked with the shipping number or you can reach to us via our customer support email id.
  • All orders received during holidays; we appreciate the orders will be shipped the very next day on next working day.

Mandatory requirements for Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate number to ensure proper delivery.

  • We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
